Day Wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival Kolkata :

  Meeting and assistance on arrival followed by transfer to Hotel.Overnight stay in Kolkata.

• Day 2 : Kolkata :

  Morning full day city tour of Calcutta visiting flower market, Victoria Memorial, St Johns Church, Kali temple, Mother Teresa House & Marble Palace Evening Enjoy a hand rickshaw ride. Overnight stay at Kolkata.

• Day 3 : Kolkata :

  Morning we make a heritage walk of Colonial Calcutta. We see some of the colonial architecture of the British Era. Later we visit the Fruit market, Botanical Garden,Kumartuli potters village, Tagore House. Overnight stay in Calcutta.

• Day 4 : Kolkata/ Bagdogra/Kurseong (Flight) : (40 Kms – 1 ½ Hrs) :

  Breakfast at Hotel. Transfer to Airport. Fly to Bagdogra. On arrival transfer to Kurseong.Afternoon visit Castleton Tea Estate,Kettle Valley. Museum. Overnight stay at Kurseong.

• Day 5 : Kurseong/Darjeeling : (30 Kms – 1.15 Minutes)

  Breakfast at hotel. Morning we take the Toy train half way to Darjeeling. Later drive to Darjeeling. Day to walk around the town of Darjeeling . Overnight stay at Darjeeling.

• Day 6 : Darjeeling :

  Early morning excursion to Tiger Hill, to see the spectacular sunrise over the Eastern Himalayas including the peaks of Kanchenjunga. Back to Hotel. Have breakfast at the hotel. Then enjoy Toy Train ride from Darjeeling to Ghoom. During the journey, the train will pass through many breath-taking views and amazing loops. Disembark from the train at Ghoom where you will visit the small railway museum and the Tibetan monastery of Ghoom, Drive back to Darjeeling. In the afternoon, you will discover the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Tibetan refugee camp and the Himalayan Zoological Park, and a Tea Garden. Overnight stay at Darjeeling.

• Day 7 : Darjeeling / Pemayangtse: (75 Kms – 4.5 Hrs) :

  Morning drive to Pemayangtse This is the nearest motorable point from Mt. Kanchenjunga (8598 Mt.), one can enjoy the spectacular Eastern Himalayan Range from here. Afternoon visit the ruins of Rabdentse Palace & Pemayangtse monastery. Overnight stay at Pemayangtse.

• Day 8 : Pemayangtse / Gangtok: (120 Kms – 06 Hrs) :

  After breakfast transfer to Gangtok via Ravagla, Evening free at leisure. Overnight stay at Gangtok.

• Day 9 : Gangtok :

  Early morning excursion to Tashi View Point and back. After breakfast visit to Rumtek Monastery and on the way back visit to Institute of Tibetology. After Lunch visit to handicraft Centre, Enchey Monastery and walk around Gangtok Bazar. Evening free. Overnight stay at Gangtok.

• Day 10 : Gangtok / Kalimpong (80 Kms – 03.30 Minutes) :

  After breakfast drive to Kalimpong Afternoon visit Dzong – Dog- Pelri Monastery,Tshonga Monastery and later walk around colourful market of Kalimpong. Overnight stay at Kalimpong..

• Day 11 : Kalimpong / Bagdogra / Kolkata (78 Kms – 03 Hrs) (Flight) :

  Breakfast at Hotel. Transfer to Bagdogra Airport. Fly to Kolkata on arrival transfer to Hotel. Day Free. Overnight stay in Kolkata.

• Day 12 : Departure Kolkata :

  Flight for onward destination.
